Is DDoS Protection available?
Yes, DDoS protection is included with your server and does not incur additional costs. It is a hardware protection capable of successfully mitigating even larger attacks.

Which operating systems are available?
We provide currently Ubuntu, Debian, and Windows versions. You can change the operating system anytime with a few clicks. The reinstall usually takes less than 30 seconds.
How does the Cloud Cluster work?
We redundantly store your server's data on network storage running on CEPH. If a server host fails, the server is booted on another host within seconds, and the IP address is rerouted accordingly.
How and when can I cancel?
You can cancel your contract anytime at the end of the paid period. Yes, really: We have no cancellation periods. We want to bind you through performance, not deadlines. Cancellation is convenient with a click in the customer area.
